Terms of Service
Template: this page is a starting point written for a small Indian subscription app. Review and edit it (or have a lawyer check it) before you go live.
These terms are an agreement between you and Brahma Reddy Suravarapu (“we”, “us”), who runs Elric Fit (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Elric Fit is a web app for logging workouts, meals, macros and water intake. It is a personal tracking tool. It is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice; nutrition values in the food list are estimates. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new diet or training plan.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your email and a password, or with Google. Keep your password and that email or Google account secure.
- You must be at least 18, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a free trial (currently 3 days) with every Pro feature unlocked. No payment details are needed for the trial.
- After the trial, basic logging (food, water, workouts, weight) stays free. Pro features (ready workout plans, the diet plan generator, exercise guides, the weekly report, progress photos, reminders and languages) need a paid subscription, currently ₹59/month as shown at checkout; the price at checkout is the one that applies.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically every billing period through our payment partner, Razorpay, using the card, UPI AutoPay or other method you authorise, until you cancel.
- We may change the price with at least 7 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period; you can cancel before it does.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Account → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security, access other people's data, overload the system, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Your data
Your logs belong to you. You can export them anytime from the settings (Goals and backup → Export). How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backup of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new date above; important changes will be emailed. Questions: theinfo222@gmail.com, 3-33-62, NGO Colony 4th Line, opp park, Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh 522601, India.
